Artist Statement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am a happily married mom of four boys, and have three beautiful grandchildren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learning photography was initially a therapy assigned to me to aid recovery from two brain tumor surgeries. As I learned, photography quickly became a passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work is inspired by gratefulness for my quality of life, and by passages such as, \u201cShout for joy, O heavens; rejoice, O earth; burst into song, O mountains!\u201d (Isaiah 49:13), and \u201cThe earth has music for those who listen.\u201d (Reginald Holmes). It is my joy to \u201cpaint\u201d the art gallery of God\u2019s creativity in camera, with waves of radiant energy and light\u2026sun-rays, waterways, pathways\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each new day is a wonderful gift that I get to celebrate with my camera in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
